Day

01

12:00 PM: Guests arrive at the retreat venue. Settle in, meet your retreat family, and get ready for the adventure ahead.
3:00 PM: Welcome introduction, schedule handouts, and an overview of the week’s exciting activities.

3:30 PM: Mobility, movement, and education session. Mobilise your body, learn key movement patterns for the retreat, and finish with a stretch and relaxation to de-stress and align for the week.
5:30 PM: Healthy, nourishing meal.

7:00 PM: Evening circle with guided relaxation meditation, followed by a sharing circle to connect with your retreat family.

Day 02

7:00 AM: Healthy ginger shot and homemade electrolytes drink
7:30 AM Mobility session followed by a conditioning training session for a fat- burning, full-body blast to kick-start your day.
9:30 AM: Breakfast.
10:30 AM: Quick shower and prep time with your notebook.
11:30 AM: Mindset coaching workshop.
1:30 PM: Nutritious lunch.
2:30 PM: Free time to relax.
4:00 PM: Strength training focusing on strong, powerful glutes and strengthening your posterior chain. Finish with a stretch and relaxation.
6:00 PM: Healthy dinner and an early bedtime to recharge.

Day 03

7:00 AM:  Healthy ginger shot and homemade electrolytes drink
7:30 AM: Piños Yoga Trek – a combination of hiking and yoga in nature.
10:30 AM: Breakfast.
11:30 AM: Quick shower and prep time with your notebook.
12:00 PM: Mindset coaching workshop on your why and life balance master class.

2:00 PM: Healthy lunch.
3:00 PM:  Free time.
4:00 PM:  Compound movements for strength and power, followed by a stretch session and meditation.
6:00 PM:  Healthy dinner and an early night.

Day 04

7:00 AM: Healthy ginger shot and homemade electrolytes drink
7:30 AM: Sunrise paddleboarding.
10:30 AM: Breakfast.
11:30 AM: Quick shower and prep time with your notebook.
12:30 PM: Mindset coaching workshop focused on habits and creating your most empowered future. 

2:30 PM: Healthy lunch.
3:30 PM: Free time to unwind.
4:30 PM: Strength session and stretch, focusing on push-and-pull exercises for posture, stress relief, and sculpting a lean body.
6:30 PM: Quick shower.
7:00 PM: Healthy dinner.
8:00 PM: Cacao plant medicine ritual with breathwork and a fire ceremony.

Day 05

7:00 AM: Healthy ginger shot and homemade electrolytes drink

7:30 AM: Morning hike to connect with nature.

10:30 AM:  Breakfast.
11:30 AM:  Own time to relax or reflect.

1:30 PM: Strength and stretch session.
3:30 PM: Late healthy lunch.
4:30 PM: Emotional release yoga and relaxation meditation.

6:30 PM: Healthy dinner 

7:30 PM:  closing circle to reflect on your journey and celebrate your transformation.

Day 06

7:00 AM:  Healthy ginger shot and homemade electrolytes drink
7:15 AM: Full-power HIIT and conditioning session to celebrate your progress.

8:15 AM:  Breakfast
10:00 AM: Farewell hugs and goodbyes as you leave the retreat as the best version of yourself.
